Refund policy

For your health and safety, and due to the intimate nature of our products (personal use items/shapewear), Lutana strictly does not offer returns or exchanges once the order has been accepted and received.

To ensure your complete satisfaction and guarantee your rights, we offer the following procedure:

• Inspection Before Payment: You are fully permitted to open the package and inspect the product(s) for quality and accuracy while the courier is at your door, before making the payment or officially receiving the order.

• No Trying-On Policy: While you can inspect the item visually and feel the material, trying on the product is strictly prohibited during the inspection to maintain hygiene standards.

• Rejection at Delivery: If the product does not meet your expectations during the door inspection, you can hand it back to the courier immediately. In this case, you will only be responsible for paying a partial shipping fee, and the order will be canceled.

• Post-Delivery: Once the item is accepted, paid for, and the courier leaves, no exchanges or returns will be permitted under any circumstances, especially if the product has been used or damaged.

Lutana reserves the right to refuse any order or service if the above conditions are not met.
